I recommend the doctor. I am happy with the doctor’s good nature, Explanation of the health issue, Treatment satisfaction, Value for money, and Wait time.
Doctor – Dr. Venkatesh S was quickly diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and his treatment helped him get out of a challenging situation. Since my health was not good at that time, Dr. Venkatesh made the right decision in treating me and gave me enough time to gain the strength to endure the heart surgery. Then, on February 8, 2023, I suffered a rare heart attack and immediately spoke to Dr. Venkatesh S, and he provided me with comments on time.
Dr. Venkatesh doesn’t do anything he doesn’t want to; scientific evidence always supports their decisions. I was then asked to undergo a PET scan to see if my heart organs were healthy or not, and from this scan, only Dr. Venkatesh S. stated that a heart bypass would be the best solution for my health. Because my heart is getting weak, Dr. Reiterating his entire experience, Venkateshs suggested using IABP (Balloon) to remove my heart during Surgery. It was a great decision, and cardiothoracic surgeon Dr. Divakar Bhat will check the heart during the Surgery.
Dr. Venkatesh is a very nice and friendly doctor who is always available to his patients and family. Dr. Venkatesh also decided to implant an ICD in my case, which could save patients like me. The cardiology team works hard, and Dr. Venkatesh S is good enough to call day and night to save lives. One fine day, I realized I had lost my hearing capability in one of my ears. I went to a few doctors who advised steroid tablets, which I was not okay with taking. However, I took it for 3-4 days and then stopped it, fearing side effects. These doctors didn’t guarantee that I would get back the hearing, another reason for not taking the med. After around 15 days, I came across a video from Dr.Rohit talking about this issue where he mentioned that if you start treatment within 48 hours of losing your hearing, it can be completely reverted. Though 15 days had passed, I still thought of trying my luck and went and met the doctor. The doctor was friendly and explained the treatment so well that I could take the steroid injections.
Since it was a localized treatment, I was convinced by the doctor that the side effects would be hardly any. He answered every question of mine very patiently and made me so comfortable that I went through the treatment effortlessly. He gave me so much hope with the way he handled me. I went with 65% hearing loss, and after five days of treatment, I got 68% hearing back. I could start listening better.
The doctor asked me to wait another month (without any medication) and check again. The audiometry results further went up by 75%, a significant improvement. I am convinced that this doctor can do miracles just by how he cares for his patients, and I would strongly recommend him for any ENT issue, especially sudden hearing loss. The main point is that you shouldn’t ignore this and go as soon as possible, i.e., within 48 hrs, and he guarantees a complete cure.

Today, April 12, 2024, Dr. Krishna Chaitanya. Neurologists. Since the doctor’s examination (consultation) was not done by me but by my 77-year-old mother-in-law, I had to prevent the outcome of my examination myself. • We considered the language problem as the mother-in-law is unhappy with English and the doctor, which distances the patient physically and mentally during the consultation.
Our doctor welcomed us with a smiling and reassuring face.
